A physician, surgeon, and healthcare operator with two decades of experience spanning academic medicine, health-system leadership, and digital innovation. Jenny leads investment strategy and portfolio growth, guiding founders through clinical systems, regulatory paths, and commercialization with clarity and conviction.

Dria Barnes – Founding Partner
A business strategist and storyteller with twenty years of experience across wellness, media, and consumer health. Dria brings the market lens—connecting behavior, design, and brand strategy to help companies scale with integrity and resonance. At Sixth House, she focuses on product-market guidance, portfolio positioning, and strategic partnerships.
